Micah Logan

Co-Founder/CEO

Micah Logan is a Boston-born and raised 20-year business veteran who built one of Boston’s most recognizable and award-winning wellness brands and sold it in October 2023. Micah is also the CEO of HushFrame, a new soundproofing product in the CONtech industry. Micah is also a Forbes contributor in the Entrepreneur and Small Business sections, sharing his insights on entrepreneurs with a worldwide audience. Micah has previously served as an Executive Board member of multiple non-profit boards and regularly volunteers to lecture at non-profits for underserved communities to help inspire the next generation of Entrepreneurs.

Andree Allen

Co-Founder/COO

Andree Allen is also a Boston-born and raised construction professional. He has worked in construction for over 10 years. He was trained in construction in the union until he left and continued working for Tesla. Andree has experience in both residential and commercial construction.

Mary “Betsy” Jones

Operations Manager

Mary “Betsy” Jones brings extensive experience in operations management and scheduling coordination from her years at Boston Medical Center. She has successfully managed complex, multi-departmental scheduling, including nursing staff, medical procedures, and specialty appointments, while ensuring compliance with payroll and absence management systems. Betsy’s strengths lie in her ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders, handle high volumes of scheduling and coordination tasks with precision, and adapt to evolving priorities all skills that will directly support Truecraft Operations and Customer Support.
